Shipping Information

After approval, prizes will be shipped via 7-Eleven delivery service within 10 business days (excluding public holidays). Delivery is available to 7-Eleven locations throughout Taiwan, including outlying islands. Participants are responsible for a shipping fee of NT$60 (inclusive of handling and delivery costs).

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Participants may choose either FB or IG. One prize per person per week.

  • Prize items are randomly assigned by the system and cannot be selected or exchanged.

  • All prizes are near-expiry products with a best-before date of July 2026. Please confirm you are able to use the product before the expiration date prior to registering. Those with concerns are kindly advised not to participate.

  • Prizes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. As promotional gifts, they may not be resold.

  • JY BioMed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time. Any changes will be announced on official platforms without individual notice.
